Fast Ford specialists - buying/selling reputations?

Brother is selling his 2007 Focus ST soon which I think has covered all of about 35000 miles in that time. As it's unmodded and mint (full Ford history etc) it seems like it's a good idea to contact some of the Ford specialists to see if they are interested rather than just wait for a private sale.
