Hoping with have a Bosworth expert or two in the house. The rear callipers on my Tuscan come from A Sierra/Escort Cosworth. Ive stripped them down completely for blasting. The Hand brake actuators look like they may have been passvated from new.

Can this part be bought on its own? Or am I going to need to get it replated. The corrosion looks quite deep and probably won't passivate that well. I can see the spring is available.

Not sure if you can buy that part on its own but it will definitely clean back up like new, I had my rear calipers completely refurbished by http://www.biggred.co.uk And they came back like new, 2 calipers stripped replated, new piston, new sliders and rubber boots for £100.
Give them a shout and see if they have that part. You can see the part you are asking about in these photos, this wasn't replaced, just cleaned up.

Thanks for the reply. I've taken some of the unobtanium parts to a local place for plating, and strangely enough have ordered all the other bits from Bigg Red
