The driver side door lock on our MK4 Fiesta refuses to unlock. I've removed the door card but as I look at the door lock, there's no clear way to remove it. Am I missing something really simple?
You need to rotate the metal disc. If you can get a long screwdriver against one of the holes near the outer edge, you can tap it around with a hammer.
