Mountune upgrades?

Recently picked up a Focus Zetec S with the 1.6 ecoboost putting out 182PS (thread started in Readers cars) and have noticed the PH article about the 200HP upgrade package they do. New intercooler, intake and a remap but it's £1k when a bluefin says I'll get 200HP for a third of that with just a remap. Then someone said that Mountune usually underestimate their gains and I could be looking at 210HP+.

Then I see a video on the K&N site (hardly independent I know) saying a £60 filter will get me a 15HP boost!

So basically has anyone actually got a Mountune upgrade that gave more than what they advertise? And if so, by how much? Thanks.
