Had a quick look at this Focus estate earlier, and despite needing 2 tyres it seemed tidy enough.

So was wondering if anyone had experience of these and what to look for etc?

Cheers.

As you say, it looks tidy. Foci(!!) are generally pretty reliable if cared for. My daughter is still bashing (sigh) around in my old '04 petrol model and so far the tin worm has kept away. Probably getting towards cambelt change time but that would apply to any car approaching 70k.

N/S/F headlamp is a pig to change due to battery being close to the back of the lamp, but it is possible without dismantling the front end!

Does the unit not just pop out after removing a couple of pins as per most Ford's?

Cambelt isn't due till 100k or 10 years apparently, would probably get it done a bit sooner.

Really undecided as when my Golf Gti is working its bloody brilliant, but the mpg and space to fit my bike in that diesel estate would make life a bit easier!
