2015 Focus. TPMS active or passive?

TPMS by its definition is an active system that has sensors on the wheel valves, and a 2015 Focus definitely has them.
The previous system was known as DDS(Deflation Detection System) which works on the rolling circumference of the wheel.
It changed from DDS to TPMS on the Focus around May 2014.
