Mk3 Mondeo stuttery misfire.

I have a problem with my Mk3 Mondeo 2.0 petrol that I can't work out.

When I drive along at a constant speed, at low ish revs, the car stutters.

It doesn't feel like a misfire, it feels like I am on and off the throttle at regular intervals.

I notice this at idle too. When I accelerating I don't feel a problem, just at constant speed/throttle.

I have replace plugs, coils and leads and given IACV a good clean, but no difference.

I checked the voltage and all is well above 14v.

Any suggestions?

It might be worth getting the engine management codes read. Normally I'd have said it was the coil pack, but having changed it that seems unlikely. Some options: Fuel filter, intermittent fuse / relay connection, faulty sensor / connector. e.g. airflow sensor.
