New Ford S Max Titanium Sport 180ps Diesel

Hi all I'm new to the website, has anyone ever encountered a controlled delivery issue regarding new cars, I've ordered a Ford S Max and it was supposed to have arrived by now, but it hasn't and all i'm being told is that's stuck in Southampton and Liverpool aren't accepting any cars until there is more space. Has anyone been in this situation before, any advice would be much appreciated
