A friend of mine has a 3dr Cosworth in his garage at the bottom of the garden. It's hasn't moved for about 12 years and he's basically forgotten about it. It was running well (but obviously won't now) when he garaged it. It does look a little sad but it's totally original. He only stopped using it because the insurance was so high in the early nineties. I fancy getting it going again. What should I offer him.

How do you forget owning a cosworth

Is it a standard cossie, or the RS500?

Value will depend largely on it's current condition which, without pictures is very hard to judge.

It also depends on how much the owner is willing to let it go.

I think it pains him when he remembers The contrast between being the owner of a brand new cossie to the way it looks now.

It is standard cossie, one of the first.
