Basically replaced HG not customer refused skimming.
Now won't start. Compression fallen, as low as 65 and highest 80 :0.

When pressure testing pre-skim should the results be similar to the compression results? My thoughts are if they are the head is warped. If much higher it could indicate bad block.

Just don't want to get it all back together just to find it not working still.

Have you got hydraulic followers , as that will cause a loss of compression if they are drained down.
