How do you access Ford TSBs?

Been advised a Ford TSB might address an issue I'm having with the ST220, but don't know how I get hold of them...

If you search Mondeo workshop manual on a certain auction site you will see a cd version T.I.S. I'm sure it was on there I read it hope this helps you.
