hi everyone, just thought id ask on the off chance. i sold my sapphire cosworth around 12 yrs ago to a guy in south london, a mercury grey, had 17" rl 7,s on it and was a bit tuned. no plate was E49 JNO. just wondered if anyone new of it or if its still about, cheers

It's not had an MOT since 2007 so it's either SORN or scrapped.

My 3 door I sold in 2003 has been off the radar for years, scrapped, sorned or exported I expect frown.

The .gov enquiry portal has the car listed as:

Tax Expired - 1st April 2009.
MOT Expired - 6th August 2007.

No SORN is declared either, so it's highly likely it's one of the many deceased or subsequently broken for spares cars.

Is it like a long lost brother (or sister) to you? Or maybe more like an old flame??? smile I had an old Ford Capri when I passed my test and absolutely loved the car... Expensive for me at the time though... it was a stty brown colour too. LOL!
