Fiesta Zetec Water Pump change

Anyone done this job ? My daughters Fiesta looks like the Water Pump has failed. It looks like a right nightmare to get to (car is 2004 model). Looking like alternator off, possibly engine mount too, front pulley covers etc etc. Any wisdom to add on doing the job would be gratefully received.

If it's a fiesta SE then yes that's what you have to do. May as well put a new timing belt on but beware as its a keyless crank pulley and you need the tools to lock everything. I fked my mother in laws head up and spent my own time and money replacing it. Runs sweet now though.
