Focus touch-up paint - this the right one?

I'd like to fix the rusted stone chips on the bonnet of my old Focus. Accord to Ford ETIS, the car has 'Ink blue metallic' paint. Halfords offers this kit:

...but that says 'pearlescent' rather than 'metallic'. Is it a different colour?

I could get the touch-up paint from Ford, but the Halfords kit appeals as it includes the primer and lacquer to do the whole job.

Don't Halfords make paint to order? Maybe that's just cans, not touch up kits though.

Indeed, I don't think that's an option for the kits.
