Ford Prefect 1953 - My errm "new" car

I am awaiting a telephone call to say the 1953 Ford Prefect I won on ebay has its MOT. I am going to use it most days if I can.

Does anyone have a small toolbox of old spanners they want to sell me?

I had one back in the 70s and used it every day for two years going to work about 30 miles each way.

I remember one time the snow was heavy and most cars could not make progress - my Prefect was fantastic that day and could climb the hills.

Only weakness was the wiper system... Faster you go the slower they go!
