1.8lt & 2lt Zetec differences..?

Hello Ford boys, Quick question, we've managed to kill a 1.8 zetec engine in a Ginetta, It has a 130 cam which if think is off a 2lt head.
We want to replace the block with a 2lt, are the heads the same i.e interchangeable and what would be a mild race fast road cam? also is it worth going from 40 webers to 45's with the bigger block?
