Ford Explorer Import

Hi, can any one there help? I am about to return to Forres from Saudi, and bring my Ford Explorer with me. Does anyone know where I can get it converted to UK spec from USA spec? It'll need new tail light clusters, side repeaters, rear fog light, and a couple of cats. I've tried the local Ford dealer, but they didn't sound too sure, and didn't even know what an SVA was. Somewhere near to the Aberdeen SVA test centre would be ideal. Cheers, hope you can help.

To get my '99 Explorer through SVA, I had to add side repeaters and a rear fog (US '99 XLT has yellow rear indicators, so didn't need to replace the rear cluster), fit Euro rated tyres and disable the secondary front indicators
