Ginetta/Farbio USA distribution

It looks like the Ginetta/Farbio will not be ready for USA distribution. Originally, Farbio said it would ready for distribution later this year (there was a press release that since has been taken down). I spoke with the USA distributer and it appears that the Ginetta/Farbio has been put on hold since the European market is the top priority.

Disagree with me, but I say the Farbio/Ginetta will not make it to the USA for road use. Maybe show/display, maybe as a race car...

Tell me why I may be wrong (or right).

Sad but somewhat expected. What about importing rolling chassis and putting an engine in here (USA)? Caterham does it and has a few dealerships. SB100 in California should allow the cars with some paperwork/red tape.

Are they selling?

I find the Ford Motor in conjunction with a great chasis to be very appealing.

they are defo still building them in wiltshire
waiting list/order time is 9 months
demonstrators are available for test drive in Uk, but no agents in states i think
