G21 replacement door hinge needed

I'm hoping someone out there will know the answer to this, what car (or maybe not a car) is the door hinge for the G21 sourced from? The play seems to be in the part that bolts to the underside of the actual door and has dropped enough to start gouging a small channel in the bottom of the door frame. It's the driver side door that I need, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that it is a Ginetta item, not dissimilar to the G15 door hinge. Ginetta Heritage replaced the door hinges on our G21, which was displaying the same symptoms.... I would give Spadge a call.
