Whilst I didn't expect to read much about this in AUTOCAR - aka Lotus Weekly biggrin), I did expect at least a mention.

Nah, nothing. I flicked through it twice. Did I miss it?

Yet there in their list of 'NEW CARS' (at the back) is ...FARBIO.

Wonder if it will now list ...GINETTA F400 ?

I won't hold my breath.

Ahh, now note there is a mention on the Autocar online site, if you search.

Now if Lotus had bought Farbio... it WOULD have been front cover!

I'd never even heard of it. So did Marsh design it, and how many has he sold?

You never heard of Farboud or Farbio?
That's interesting. but then again the only way you could of heard about it was by the internet or playing TDU.
Did Topgear or Fifth Gear ever test them?

I always thought AutoCar was the Gordon Murray weekly (still waiting for that car of his...). I suppose you're right thought, there is definitely a lot of coverage of Lotus too. Farbio's are quite nice, I hope Ginetta has great success with them. Just watch the price point - we've all seen the discussions on this.

I always thought Autocar was kind to TVR--when TVR existed. I guess Lotus gets lots of ink because they are the last volume manufacturer of affordable sportscars. Ginetta doesn't have the volume of Lotus--though I hope that changes with the Farbio, G50 and G40. I still wish for a bigger G12 (that I hear rumors about) from Dare, too.

I have to admit I never got the ingress/egress of the Elise right in my head.
