Another new ginetta ROAD CAR!
Discussion
thats exactly what i was thinkin Captain... Ginetta seem to have so much money to invest in others. They bought Zytec, now Farbio... Think it would have been great if they could develop their own range (e.g G50 road car) or team up with Dare and produce a fantastic 'new' mid-engined design with true Ginetta heritage..............

The G40 road car is coming later in 2010 apparently - the orange car at the Autosport Show was a road-legal prototype for that. The aquisition of Farbio gives Ginetta access to technology that Dare would probably not be able to provide (i.e. in house carbon fibre production). And let's face it - we will never really know if Lawrence has already made the approach to Dare and been turned down...Edited by geeeman on Monday 15th March 20:13

the resources each company has are hardly comparable - also Ginetta are on a totally different business plan - for them time is of the essence to maintain the momentum leading to eventual profitability. I think you'll find Dare have always been profitable (and are crazy busy right now)
