WOW!

This should create some headlines.

(Nigel deserves it!)

Youngest ever driver to partake at LMP1 level and youngest British driver ever at Le Mans.

Very very under-rated driver.

Certainly this 'kid' should be getting more headlines than he does.
Tomlinson seems to be thinking the same or else he would not be giving Nigel this incredible chance.

Any other team and it would be on the back pages of the national press.
About time the Press sat up and noticed imo and stop keep harping on about Aston Martin (Lola).

Nigel won the 2007 Ginetta Junior Championship then last year went into G50s and again won that championship.

In fact, the Moore family seems blessed with driving talent - his sister Sarah is currently leading the Ginetta Juniors Championship (I think she's the girlfriend of Jake Hill another Juniors driver - close knit this lot!).

Just been corrected about LMP1 level, Max Chilton was only 16 when he competed at Silverstone with his older brother in 2007 in a Zytec.

Still doesn't detract from Nigel being youngest Brit ever to start Le Mans.

As an aside, are any of the resident PH Ginetta fans attending Le Mans this year for the first time just to see the Ginettas?

And as a further aside, now that Ginetta has some Le Mans heritage, will those with road cars be eligible for displaying them at the LM Classic next year?

I am going and will support the Ginettas, but its not my first time, I tend to go every year. Will be taking the G33 and taking it to Classic Le Mans next year.
