Well, i have seen an orange G27 s4 which was a factory demonstrator fitted with the ginetta hardtop and those chrome roll hoops - ie the one with the G4 rear screen. As far as i can see the GKD hardtop appears to be the previous ginetta item? Martin Phaff is the man to contact on this one i think. If you search the forum his email address is posted here.

Oh and that is a seductive looking G27. More pics needed :up
Headlight cover - I would spaek to spadge at www.ginettaheritage.co.uk Although i think you might find that one a bit tricky. I know a G32turbo on here is about to convert to the later G20 style bonnet and so it might be worth speaking to him about his old ones...

some pictures of my factory build G27, i bought it in Luxembourg were it couldn't be imported with the pinto engine. Normaly it would also be a problem in the Netherlands but i managed it with some luck.
I think there aren't many left hand drive G27.

I have seen a hardtop G27 with a roll bar fitted. I know that's probably not much help for your hoops, but it means there is a certain ammount of clearance...

There is a g32turbo on here who is about to convert to the later G20 bonnet and now has a pair of used headlamp covers surplus to requirements. New engine will take priority over bonnet change but the headlamp covers can go now. Not perfect condition as may be expected from 9 year old perspex but will do the job. Will photgraph them if required as have been drilled for mounting so may not be of use to you.

Looking at this picture I'm pretty sure that the hardtop will fit over the roll bars. However like I said in my email, If it doesn't I'm more than happy to refund the purchase price smile

Bit drastic, but if roll hoops are too high can't they be lowered, chopped, a little in order to make room if hardtop is tight fit?

Nice car by the way. What blue is that if it's painted?

I am also looking for some headlamp covers as well if anyone has any ideas where i can get a pair from, Condition is not important, would accept cracked or chipped ones as i have access to vacuum forming equipment so making replacements from originals would be very easy!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Can those roll over hoops be easily fitted to any G27? They look a lot better than a roll bar.

Nip over the pond to Hull and drive to me and you could try my G27 hard Top for size! Look up Stamford Bridge East Yorkshire on Google. My car is the Mk4 too. I would think it would fit but not 100%
