I've tried to email him about jobs needed to be done for SVA as well as history but he hasn't replied. The car's been repeatedly put up on eBay over the last month and I'm just wondering why someone would be so desperate to sell they put such a low reserve on it.

Somerset. Yeh I know it's a former race car, just wondered if maybe it's been so thoroughly thrashed the owner is just trying to get rid of it, since it hasn't appeared being sold on pistonheads. I've also seen a rather ugly kitcar on eBay which is more of a doer-up that I quite like, don't really want an irrate ginetta owner beating me to death if I don't buy his car though :'(

I guess it depends what you want to do with it... If I was bidding on that car I'd be looking to put it on the track...

There's the Club Ginetta Championship which is open to G27s.. It will need some mods/upgrades though...
