Hello all -

Well, my new Ginetta ownership has started off very slow. The car is in the shop having that bad half shaft replaced, the Quiafe LSD probably replaced with the original Sierra rear end due to a botched job by the previous owner, and now we find the right rear caliper leaking. According to Peter at Ginetta cars it is sourced from a UK Ford Sierra 2.0, but I need to try to find the American equivalent - if there is one. HELP! Anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Any model of ford sierra with rear callipers will fit, except some of the cosworth versions.
I also happen to know these callipers are fitted to the tvr tamora. but again i'm guessing they are sparse, and if you find them i bet they costs a fair whack!

Virtually every kitcar in the world uses them, and many other non-ford road cars i believe have them on, but i'm not exactly sure which. Could you not get one posted over on 48hr shipment?

James.

Aaron,

I have not actually used these people, but have seen their name mentioned on various forums. They do service kits and complete calipers, guess shipment of calipers to the 'States might be a bit ouch though.
