I've posted on TVR site... oh dear!

Of course not, that's why Ginetta celebrates it's 50th anniversary next year.
All these other marques have gone to the wall but not Ginetta.
For info it might sound like a small drink to you but it's actually named after a very fast cat-like animal with leopard like spots, that emits a foul smelling fluid from it's anus.
Bit like a small drink but with hell of a kick!

TVR celebrated their 50th 10 years ago but are still in a bit of a state now.All these other marques have gone to the wall but not Ginetta.

Ginetta however, are lucky enough to have very strong leadership at the moment. After seeing the car that transpires to be the G50 both from behind and in rear view mirror on track, it needs either a stronger design team, or a huge leap between race car and road car.
In current form, certainly not where my 40K would go if I were looking for a new British sports car I'm afraid.
It is development car so could change a lot - in fact, Factory has just said so.
Time schedule has always been against it.
Cannot be compared to Walklett Ginettas imo but if it turns out to handle and perform, regardless of it's design it will do well.
Let's face it, design can be in the eye of the beholder.
Simply because lines don't flow or follow a procedure does not stop that design having impact (almost if not the number one priority today).
An Ariel Atom has impact, but in my eyes it's awful and should never be labelled 'a car'.
But it shows how important 'impact' is that Honda now feature this 'car'(sic) in their recent full page adverts (that is amazing, when you think about it).
