Ginetta buys BookaTrack

Ginetta have bought the BookaTrack track day and Caterham dealership company based at Donington Park.

From the end of the year, BaT will no longer be a Caterham dealer and will replace its Caterham Trackday hire car fleet with Ginettas.

I wonder how influential the Bookatrack fleet was in creating Caterham sales ?

I've owned two Caterhams ... no Ginettas ... yet ?

Hmm, I was surprised there wasn't a reasonable discussion about the change, and what it may mean for Ginetta. Are they going back in to the road car game (ISTR they have stopped making road car G40s for a while now); is a sales centre at a race circuit indicative of a new push for race car sales etc etc.

The BookaTrack showroom at Donington Park cant be a cheap overhead to have.
