If you mean this one it's yellow not orange (can't find a orange one if there is another for sale).
And it's highly priced at £15.5k! and not in the UK.
It would have be a lot nearer 'original' condition to fetch that price imo.
Lots of pics though.

Even includes 3 James Bond bullet holes shown in the dash! biggrin
Nearly £16k so surely 5 mins could have been found to have filled/repaired?
Still, at least it has AC original 2 inch gauges and original seats for a change. And original chassis plate and no.

But the positioning of those Wipac fogs/spots on the front (oh dear) and the original indicators (flat round type) have been filled in and alternative indicators have gone down to where the sidelights should be.
No bumpers either. If you want those you'll need more money - front split VW obtainable but rear Riley Elf/Wolsley Hornet will cost you!

PS note the reflectors on the rear bootlid - obviously don't realise there are reflectors glued into the rear of the tail light lenses (unless they're not original lens of course). And last moan, that positioning of the rear badge on top of the bootlid that gets a 1 out of 10. I reckon it's hiding a scratch!

No, not that one.

Can't find the orange one now. It was up for about 8K , looked OK, been refurbished with new chassis, etc.

There's one in the boats planes and trains forum.

Prone to playing up though.

Thanks for all the inputs, i saw the yellow one in holland, thanks for the arguments about that car, there is a lot of knowledge here,
as usual on Pistonheads.
What about this one? Seams to have flares arches?

Nothing obviously wrong with that one from the photos apart from those bonnet locks, although the engine cover could fit better

Thanks for all the info, the one in spain looks a bit too far away from original, at least for that price!
Most of the adverts in the net i never get an answer, either they are very old or nobody wants to sell their cars...
But i keep looking... or a Davrian would look fun too...

Mine was a lovely car, very well restored a few years back. I liked the flared arches, but they weren't original, so that put some people off it. It really was immaculate. I just hope a couple of years by the sea haven't harmed it too much...

It looks lovely on the pictures, but it is impossible to contact the owner, i wonder why poeple advertise theyr cars and never answer an inquiry.

often the platforms, where the car is advertized, is blocking enquieries from "foregin" countries.

this often happend even here on PH with friends from oustside UK, enquiring for a car, same with carandclassis and classiccarsforsale:

the enquiries did not pass, as PH has rated the senders domain as "bad", even the domain was one of the biggest and reputable internet providers in the country of the sender.

enquires from gmail passed, even everybody knows that gmail email adresses are not the safest.

This one was at just £500 yesterday late evening.

Jumped a bit in price today! Just when I thought I might be able to bag a bargain. hehe

Pretty confident this is John Stokes old G15.

What the heck has happened to the 'engine' pic!

Thanks for all the help, but this one needs too much work!
I have been in contact with a few cars for sale but nothing worked out yet.
Seems to be difficult to find the right car. I also have two Davrians on the radar.
Looks like Davrians are easyer to find than Ginettas...

Davrians might be easier to find, but G15 body is 'bolted' to chassis making life easier!
Even this good!

That stored up covered in mess G15 on ebay is very original and I bet once all the muck as been cleaned off it will look surprisingly good. Dry stored too from what I hear. Of course, depends on price at the end. But me, I'd go for a G15 anytime over a Davrian - in fact, I looked at one and drove one (and a Clan) before becoming a Ginetta 'nut'!

Re the chassis pic above here is one of the engine mount - if you enlarge the pic, you can just see the chassis no. punched on the frame, just in front of that line of weld. I can't quite make out the number - it's 15 / then 3 digits
Just a little bit of info to check the chassis is original or if the chassis plate (usually stuck inside the engine boot next to the regulator box.) is missing. Some people remove them when selling their car (I still have mine! biggrin)
https://www.flickr.com/photos/16-20ascot/101661070...

Ebay G15 (just looked) is still only just over £2k and latest message is V5 is there, and car is complete (ie bumpers are with it too - they (well, the rear Riley Elf item) can cost a lot. I asked about the driver door frame/Perspex missing in pic and was told 'everything' is there.
If it stays around this price I might be tempted!
