Another new road car with a twist?
Discussion
First they post a pic stating spy the Ginetta road cars which list them all and then says 'what else can you see?' which just happens to be the wheel arch of a g12, then today they post a pic of a g12 under a black cover with the caption 'is this the new Ginetta road car?!' I may be reading too much into this, but seems to me they are trying to suggest something is about to happen.
No idea what the G12 road car talk is about. Ginetta have no intention of making a road ( or race) G12 or G4. Whilst I like the look of the older cars, Ginetta has no intention of living in the past..... I thought the last 5 years of development of new cars may have shown that....
Hope this helps.

Anymore up-to-date pics of your G4 Geeman?
Remind me of the Aston green you have used.
I love that green, please let me know again which Aston green it is. Considering having the G11 done in it.
looks even better in the flesh.. its 60s aston california sage green, as used on their prototype racers.
I couldnt find the paint anywhere, and aston use a modern sage green on their cars, but its much more green and less silvery
so i managed to get a paint specialist who mixes the paint for a classic aston restorer to make me up the paint.
if you need their details let me know
We may end up with a few Ginettas in this colour!
A chap from the states having a G4 built has specified this colour also, saw the painted body down at Dare recently.

While the recent developments at Ginetta have certainly avoided livign in the past, I still have a soft spot for the older Ginettas. I drive a G20 for fun here in Florida, and I even convinced my brother to get one in Arizona. The newer cars are really fine race cars, but I love the simplicity of the old stuff, and the flowing lines of the bodywork are very desirable as well. I'mn glad the G40 has kept with the Ginetta tradition of having lightweight sports cars and I hope the future continues on that primary goal. It is great to have the chairman / owner of the company posting his thoughts right here on a public forum so we all have a good idea where the company is headed. Thanks for keeping this great brand alive Mr. Tomlinson!!!
