Insurance claims

Does anyone on here have a lot of knowledge and or experience in compensation claims from car accidents. I'm not going to put details up here but if anyone knows much about the area I could really use some advice, so could you possibly chuck me an email. I put this in here rather than in another forum due to knowing SAS people so could mods please leave it in here.
