My wife has found a potential house, but it needs ripping out, extending, landscaping etc. Can you guys recommend a good builder and architect that I can call? Interested in getting some quotes quick sharp so that I can work out how much to offer on the place.

Woking area is where the house is.

As far as builders go we had really good experience with Garrett and his Brother when we replaced our kitchen and ripped out a wall... we will definitely be using them again to rip out a bathroom (and another wall or two).

They do lots of old building alterations/extensions so the sort of stuff you are talking sounds right along their lines.

Harsh's company, the building systems company, have a good rep too and it sounds like the sort of large scale project they specialise in. I'll point him in this direction.
