Thanks to all those who donated to my charity cycle ride for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in memory of my Dad, before the topic got pulled....

Completed the 45 miles in 3 hours and 13 minutes, and 3 litres of sports drink - and I'm still a bit dehydrated!!!!
