Tickets are on sale folks.

Guns n Roses on the Friday - missed them when I was younger and fancy a pop at bouncing like an idiot whilst off my spanglies on cheap cider (yep, even at the new rip off prices).

Get 'em while they're hot - remember, even if you don't go you can shift 'em easy near the time. It's a no risk purchase smile

Seetickets is the official ticket agent, there will be people out there with fake sites.....

Only managed to get Friday tickets, but looks like a cracking line-up!music

I might even have to dust off the old white lycra hotpants in celebration of finally seeing G'n'R! biggrin

Lets hope that Axl turns up - apparently he was 3hrs late for their last gig! hehe

PS - Dean, you lucky bugger - how d'you manage that?!!

Thanks for the heads up Neil, just bought tickets for Friday. Now have a very stroppy teenage girl who seems to be blaming me for the fact that the weekend passes have already sold out. However if I hadn't mentioned this thread to her she would have gone without all together. It's a thankless task being a parent. wink

I literally cannot believe how expensive it is now. I guess they just keep hiking the prices up until attendence begins to fall?

When I first went for a whole weekend in 1999 it was £80. £80 for the whole weekend, including camping, early entry, parking etc. etc.

Yep, I went in 97 I think it was for a day and it was cheap, however that was now over 10 years ago and everything else costs a fotune now compared to then...

I'm looking at my £82 as a good drink with some good friends rather than just the 'ticket' price.

Think the first time I went in '97 IIRC it was about £40 for a day ticket. Thats a lot of money on your paper round! hehe
