I have only had the merc a few days and i'm already on forums looking at turbo engines and wheels etc!!

strangeley last night my mate was discussing selling his 18 inch amg's which he got from our mb dealer days a few years back now, and said he might be shifting them i will ask him again later if he is serious about selling them though he is a bit of a horder to be honest they have been sat for at least 6 years

Sounds good, just not sure 18'' fit under?? But if they are cheap and he has horded them, bring on the bargain

well i used to see a few 124 coupes with 18's on back in the day so think they will go on its more a case of will he part with them haha
and i bet the tyres on them are not great tbh
i will speak to him later on but he can be hard work at getting a decision out of him lol surprised he mentioned them last night tbh


p.s they do look nice with a proper set of wheels especially if its blue black and has been fully colour coded. a proper merc

that car so much potential for subtle modernisation modifications and i think it would awsome with oem parts fitted. it also also maybe worth thinking about going down the sleeper route keep it looking completely std but change out all the engine and brakes for better items

nice work on the wheels al they are gonna look mint the only spare tires i have are 18inch dunlop sp sportmaxx tt's(i do need to shift) that only done about 200/300 miles il keep an ear out tho if i hear of any cheap decent 17 inch rubber
