Was going to say, only non locals would bat an eyelid at or around 10am on a Monday
The thing is I get done either way, if I'm at home I get woken up by broadmoor, if I'm at work there's a fire alarm test at 10am, so I try to be in my car at 10am, failed today and got the shock therapy courtesy of our fire alarm / death buzzer.

Make sure you lock you van when it's un-attended then.
Knew someone on the Old Dean. Was digging up the awful crazy paving patio and paid some pikeys with a Transit Tipper to take away the rubble for £60 cash.
Toerags dumped it in an alley less than 100 yards away, council found out where it came from and charged him about £150 to take it away.
Oh how we laughed. Well, I did.

All time people employ them to carry out shoddy 3rd rate work that is the result.
If no one employed them thay would get bored and move away.
Low life scum also prey on the elderley and vunerable people in the community.
