It wasn't just a simple account hi-jack; there were some other issues too.

But all sorted now. We have all the details (ip address, email address, etc), for appropriate legal action, which has already been instigated.

What we did at VXRonline was a joke we enjoyed with many of their members too, and we all came clean and shook hands in the end. What some of their members (most seemed nice enough) have done is totally below the belt, and as you have said, illegal!

b) For the numpties who thought it would be clever to hack said password...

c) For the numpties who hacked the password and thought it would be clever to make it really obvious...
