That the people who made a point of complaining to Kinky about some of their fellow hooners, have chosen to remain hidden from the people they have accused.

What's more obnoxiuos, is that they have not been man enough to make a public apology to Kinky for abusing his well intended, but clearly mis-guided trust in them.

And these are people who many of us must have included as friends, maybe even been to our homes?

It makes no difference that i wasn't on the hoon, as you have most definitely pissed me off with this despicable behaviour. It has created a question of trust amongst a group of people who were happy to have a hoon and a laugh, and put life's worries to one side for a few hours every month or so.

I hope you feel pleased with yourselves. The time for acceptance is running out. You owe Kinky and those you accused an apology and explanations. If you are not big enough to do it publicly, do it in private. BUT DO IT NOW

If you don't, I don't know how you can look at yourselves in the mirror each day, and i don't know how you will be able to look each of us, or Kinky, in the eye again in the future.

But, make no mistake. You are not going to fk up my enjoyment of driving with my mates, as and when i please.

Come on, as David said, we don't want this to break up the respect and trust within the TV&S group. It's not too late to do it... yet!

Well said Dave clap Personally I think if there was a problem it should have been dealt with privately via e-mail,
definitely not on an open forum! To be smacked on the back of the hand by a mod for God Sake rolleyes

As said the person in question needs to grow some and e-mail all concerned with an apology before it drags on.

I have to say I agree with Dave,

And it makes me even more please that when an "Momment" caused some one concern with relation to my actions they had the courtesy to say to me directly "Dave, that .... caused me a little more than a concern, and a few others have agreed".

My reply, "How did it look from where you where...."

Ok it was in hindsight a frankly questionable manuovre and I would never normally do that sort of thing, and risk upsettign my friends, Please consider this noted and please TELL ME AGAIN IF YOU FEEL THIS WAY"

Even if you do not want to own up please contact the person you have had issue with and clear this up. Also as kinky knows who you are contact him and appologise to him for the issues caused and let him post your views.

If you want a sounding Board, feel free to email me I've been on the other end and would like to help this go away for good.

All the best D

Agree with David too.

I've just read all the threads about this. Seems a very strange way to go about it, as opposed to having a quick word in the car park once we all finished before breky if someone was really that ticked off about someones driving style.

Shame, as it casts doubt on everyone I thought were mates until its put to bed frown

exactly right Matt

there was nothing in anyones body language or tone of voice either in the car park before breafast, during or afterwards outside that would suggest ANYTHING they had seen was bothering them, hence all of our surprised and franky hurt responses in the other posts

I have met a lot of you guys/girls now and think of you all as friends

the person responsible for this shadow being cast over the group has alot to answer for

Heres a Clue DIZ

Was it A

or B

Or C

However in all seriousness this is causing allot of people concern, you obviouisly felt you where doing the right thing, which is now being wasted by not comming out of the closet. If you had a serious concern sppeak up we are all human.... well.

Agree 100% guys.
Wasn't able to join owing to being well over the the limit the night before.
Was not prepared to drive under those circumstances.

Did email Kinky to give him my full support for what he does on the Forum.
That was way out of order to slate people off without at least discussing the matter
with those involved first.

I wasn't even there and yet i feel a part of all this. As David has so eloquently said, how very *disappointing*. I couldn't have chosen a better word. Although i have to say the person i feel most for in all of this is Kinky, who was kind enough to offer to start a conversation and whose trust has clearly been abused by our resident phantom complainant.

I have my suspicions, as i'm sure do most of you. I can only hope the rest of us can be thick-skinned enough to let this pass and not destroy the trust we have.

All seems much a do about nothing to me. OK, someone either had a gripe about some driving they saw, or decided to do some sort of crappy wind up.

Whichever way is it really such a big deal?

Some on here are starting to soumnd like old women to me. Why not just let it lie and move on? Its hardly earth shattering stuff is it?

clap David

My initial surprise and considerable anger has also been replaced by disappointment now to be honest. Over the years, I have fallen out with many friends - most of which are still friends and a couple of which have not spoken to me since... But I cannot remember a time where a 'friend' has refused to come clean with regard to their actions and/or shown such disrespect to people they regarded as trusted friends.

This could have so easily have been a minor instantly forgotten blip, and I hope the individual(s) realise that as a group of people we are not out to 'get' someone; just to undersand, discuss, have a beer and move on.

If the person(s) want to keep it off-line, then fine; we all have each others phone numbers and/or email addresses. A personal apology would work just as well as coming onto PH...
Sunny days are coming, here's a drink to the many more hoons to come! beer

Off out to shout abuse at visiting Wolves fans now; and trying to ensure that my son doesn't repeat any of it! It's his birthday soon so I should be ok... hehe
