All BMW dealer service depts are linked and they can look up and/or print out the history of any car for you - including order spec.

Not sure where data protection comes in though - I guess they'd need the current owners permission potentially? My local dealer service department were fine on the phone when I was perusing an M6 a few months ago and gave me all the history on the car.

Kind of assumed they were saloons? You want estate/coupe specs?

Also the 'M' Sport version was not released until 2005/6...

Their saloons Mrs B has Vito'd the Coupe and Sloon options.
