A friend of mine in a Photographer, and I was after some good pics of my car, and wondering if anyone else is after pics of theirs...?
So I thinking of getting as shoot together....any one interested????

A good place indoor, outdoor would be a good start, then we can look at costs etc....more the merrier.
He has all the kit.

Could we have a think about what makes a good car pic? hehe

I think we've managed a few ourselves around here...

TC (one of my all time favorite pics actually):

VerySideways (oh my god, don't go to www.verysideways.co.uk) (come on Pete where are the good ones):

And I've taken a couple I quite like:

Anyhow, don't mind me, back to spending money on getting pics taken, oh and yes I got carried away hehe

Almost anywhere, even just a road with a clean (or not) wall behind it could look good in my opinion...

Heathrow T5 short term car park at night... and somewhere industrial by day (Charlie's estate somewhere?).

I also like moving shots, but they can be fecking hard to get right!

Oh yeah, gotta do another T5 run sometime, will have to wash both my cars and get someone to drive one of them down there for me...

HTH and bring camera hehe

PS. Moving shots are easy as long as both parties realise what the person with the camera is trying to do, which never seems to be the case on the bloody runs hehe

If you have a performance car, photograph it somewhere where you could use that performance, it's natural habitat. Not a car park/industrial estate, that'll look ***t.

Mental Betty belongs to Jez (crisisjez) who resides on the HSV forum. I think its a 1947 Chrysler Windsor Coupe. Sounds great, and apparently not too slow down the pod either. My wee boy Rory absolutely loves Mental Betty!

Jez also has a Monaro, currently running 600HP+, and about to get a couple of large turbo's added to get it past the 200mph barrier at VMax.

Edited for spelling... doh
