Happy New Year all and just to let you know that if you are feeling at a lose end as to what to do tomorrow night now the festivities are over, I will be making a fool of myself at the Red Lion, 1 Mill Lane, Godalming, GU7 1HF
This will be my first gig with a band we put together in 2008 and as such, there'll probably be a few faux pas and mistakes throughout the set but if you'd like to come along and cheer or jeer, you will be more than welcome. Entrance is free and we'll probably kick off at 21:00 but if you'd heard us, you'd probably want to have few beer first!

I'd love to come, but way too short notice.

Thanks for the best wishes chaps and if I say so myself, it all went off rather well. Everybody stayed pretty tight and the only concern on the night was when one of the amps (which is more than sufficient in the studio) started red-lining. Fortunately it was only the sound guy that knew about it and told us after the gig yikes
The crowd genuinely demanded a couple of encores (which was nice) and it was good to get the new band off the ground at last.. it's all down-hill from now on!
The slippery drive home from Godalming at one in the morning was good fun as well wink
