If anyone is interested or if anyone knows of anyone (gay, straight male or female) looking to share a flat please email me and I will let you know the details.

The flat is located on the Bagshot Camberley border in Surrey, it is a newly developed quiet area with off street parking. It is close to the M4 and is just off the A30 (London Road), close to shops and the train stations. Ascot is only 5 minutes down the road. Rent is also not too bad.

Serious enquiries only please.

Rent in is £412.50 plus £188 (£94 each) for council tax, around £60 - £80 for electricity and the phone bill is less than £60 a month (as most people use a mobil the phone is only connected in order to use wire less broad band.

£412 + £188 + £80 + £60 = £740

So is that £370 per month then, approx?

£80 a month seems like a lot of electricity for a flat, and £60 a month for a landline? That's £50 worth of phone calls or very expensive broadband.

$412.50 for the rent per person + £94 council tax (+ £40 electricity + £30 phone calls every three months) = £506.50 per person per month or £576.50 every three moths depending on utility usage.

the reason for the expensive phone bill is that my current flat mate is from south africa and call home quiet offten. the electricity is every three months not monthly.

the phone can be connected or disconnected, when he leaves it makes no difference to me. if someone moves in and wants it it can stay. it will also be considerably cheeper as there will be no international calls being made.

any more questions or queries please let me know and i'll do my best to help.
