Accountant and cleaner needed...

Slightly odd mix I know, but they can be 2 separate people

Does anybody know of a good 'un? I'm moving abroad and need to get everything in order, as I'm renting my house out etc. As I'm renting my house out and my want it back in a good condition I'm going to provide a cleaner.
