Mojoj,

4 years ago I had an agreed redundancy deal after 33 years with the same employer. Nice lump sum, pension etc. I needed to sign a compromise agreement and beforehand I needed solicitors to review the agreement and advise me. I used a firm called Charles Russell in Guildford. At the time their employment law person was Gabriella Wright. I can recommend her and the firm. Get a fee estimate first, of course. Good luck.

If you haven't got it sorted when I was made redundant a few years ago I was highly recommended someone from wilmett and co in Maidenhead. He did a top job for me and I can find his contact details if you need them!

It may be worth checking www.acas.org.uk to familiarise yourself with whatever issue you have.

Good luck!

I don't know if he's stil there but the chap I spoke to when I was made redundant (and came highly recommended) was Jack Khurana at Willmett and Co in Maidenhead. His email was Jack . Khurana @ Willmett .co.uk if he's still there.

I do a lot of work with McGrigors in the City and they are excellent, but they're a bit pricey...

Let me know if you want a name?
