Twice this week, says ANPR on the side and sports 2 typical ANPR lenses, no obvious police outriders though so maybe a no insurance/no tax letter in the post only. It was parked just before the roundabout Bracknell direction, between the ski centre turn off and the industrial park where Waitrose is (roundabout), A329.

Thanks for the heads up on that location.

Another site is on the A322 before you get to Bagshot after the Ascot turn off.
Normally a small van parked in the verge just after the blind hill - Merchant Bankers....

Also a look out for the new style camera system being installed at the Coral Reef traffic lights going M3 bound.
these are the same as the one installed on the A3 at Robin Hood junction.

New digital cameras on the M25 coming online in the Wisley to Heathrow area so little Mr Plod will not have to climb the gantry to get his roll of flim anymore.

All this bks about comunications upgrade along M3 and M4
Thats cabling to include hi-res live video and digital data such as your
permanent ANPR fixed cameras giving nice clear photos of yer VRN

Can't keep tabs on Peado's and Terrorists or hang on to confidential and sensitive data though..........

Yes and the comms rooms are equipped with backup generators.
Very soon you won't be able to fart without having to pay.

All these camera and monitoring devices.....

Yes the Bagshot one has been responsible for some pretty heavy braking recently. A few months back I saw a woman lose her Volvo in a wonder of fishtailing, barrier crunching blur (I stopped, she was fine, took the corner to fast in a sh*te handling car) at the corner just after where the camera is parked so I guess they are using that to excuse the revenue generating.

Coral Reef new cameras: speed or traffic light ones? I saw it and have no idea...

Coming back from Guildford along A31 just before Compton exit at 15:45hrs
Big camera van with one rear window down and operator visable behind camera.

Got the Middle Finger from me and hand job gesture from my buddy.
It's times like that I wish I had an RPG.

Rant On

All the cars and small vans braking real hard and slowing to 45 ish.
One tt in a Volvo even pulled over and braked right in front of the 32 tonner I was driving.

I am doing spot on 50 and it's a 60 limit WTF are these drivers on - Drugs.
So he got full blast on the truckers air horns and very quickly got back into his original outside lane.
I past him on the inside still doing 50,
He had the f-in cheek to mouth off - WTF
He was the tt with the death wish, technology should be used to catch
idiots like that.

Bet the Cop in the van would have shat his pants if I had headed straight for him as a result of that idiot.
Can just imagine the conversation between then as a truck mounts the verge
and heads for them - At below the 60 limit too........

Rant Off

Bracknell also have a blue van that looks like a builders van with two lots for ANPR cameras - parked on the way into the Southern Industrial Estate.
