Sunday Run 5th October?

Anyone interested in a run early Oct? The car looks like it'll be back today after I have spent a silly amount of money getting it back to 'like new' status. She needs a run..

In case you're interested it's had:
Disks and pads all round.
Wheel bearings all round.
Wishbones and various bushes replaced.
A reconditioned gearbox as the diff was going on the old one.
New engine mounts.
A driveshaft.
A few weeks before:
Front shocks.

The 130k engine apparently has great compression so the oil change every 5k seems to have kept it healthy.

Family stuff the next 2 weekends, but that Sunday would be free if anyone wants to join me. I'll happily suggest a route if no one else has a route in mind.

I'm in, I would suggest something like the dash to the coust, but I'll be away until a few days before so don't really care where as I can't organise it.

I have a video of the last Dash to the Coast, which was a national PH event. Great fun - i'll try to upload the video soon.

I'll bring my video camera and plenty of battery power, it's easy to transfer between cars and use so we could maybe get some different perspectives.

I do think it's a bit strange to be asking for a video, I'm not really sure how it'd help... why not just come along join in see if you like it, if not feel free to leave?

Do you like driving?
Do you like driving fast when safe to do so?
Do you have a car that should be as fast as a diesel X5? (Nigel still needs a medal for that)

If the answer to all of the above is yes I doubt there's a better way to have fun on a Sunday morning.

Just wanted to see a vid for the sake of it really, no bother if not.

I have a mk2 MR2 N/A so hopefully it'd be as quick as a diesel x5
