Any Recommendations for Cheap Garage in Reading?

The g/f Puma has just failed its MOT for corroded brake pipes, corroded sill and exhaust leaking.

Garage given me a reasonable quote but I'm a bit concerned they might be monkeys (opened my TVR's door onto another car!)

Has anyone got any recommendations for garages - everyone seems to be about £45/hr which seems steep for non specialists!

Walking dist from the Hospital would be a bonus.
