Just got this app. for my iPhone/iPod touch and you can measure 0-60, 0-100 and 1/4 mile times amongst other things. Apparently it's very accurate too.
If you're interested look below. It's only £7.50 which is far cheaper than anything like a Racelogic unit.

Tested it with the KA but going uphill. Pretty good horsepower estimate too considering it should have 70bhp and it estimated 68.
All on a drag strip naturally...

I just managed a 0-60 in 10.67secs in the KA, so your Pug better watch out
