Is anybody thinking of going to this?

Ascot Motor Show

Looks just like a free trade stands, ie. several dealers in one place but with a £13 entrance fee.

Not sure I'll be bothering but would be interested to here what others think?

A few of the local MX5-ers are going with our car club, we were sent an email by Ascot saying that car clubs have reduced entry fees:

Premier Admission Standard rate Premier Admission club rate
Friday 11th July £20.00 £10
Saturday 12th July £25.00 £12.50

General Admission Standard rate General Admission club rate
Friday 11th July £10.00 £5.00
Saturday 12th July £15.00 £7.50

If PH-ers want to get a group together then contact Jacky.Wilson@ascot.co.uk for details of car club entry.

At first it seems expensive until you realise your paying to see the racing, not the cars.

I was thinking of going until I realised I'd be at Snetterton for the BTCC that weekend.

Ok, that makes it a little more palatable. I really didn't think to question whether racing was included or not.
