Would appreciate some recommendations of either of the above to carry out a double storey extension on my house. Obviously want to pay the rate for a good job and avoid minefield of gash outfits/cowboys out there. TIA Ian

Hi Roy, have hopefully sorted a couple of architects. Would like to start imminently but that would be down to plans/application I guess. I will email you to arrange a meet if thats ok when I need a couple of builders to quote me. Thanks again Ian
