Does anyone know someone who runs/works at a CNC shop. I need some brackets made up for my calipers to fit my new big discs?

Thanks I will give them a call, have been around loads and they can do the job on convetional lathe/mills, just they all want aboout £60 per bracket!!

More expensive than just doing normal brakes, think these rotors maybe going back, as too much to fit them.

I fear only someone doing you a real favour will significantly beat £60 a bracket - it`s hard out there and firms need the cash I`m afraid. I presume we are talking about a flat plate, profiled with some holes in? PM me to discuss if you like - I have access to CNC mills.wink

I understand the labour costs as it takes time and the ally its self costs. I have decided to use the current spacer and just add a 20mm spacer onto of that, cutting down material costs, and its just a strip of 20x25mm ally, with holes in either end. Even have a chunk of ally now to make them from. Slowly getting there.
